Harman Kardon Subwoofer Question:

Does anyone have any info as far as to the wattage and the resistance of the 8" sub in the back deck of our cars? I'm looking to just upgrade/replace it. I reached out to my service department, and they didn't know. HK said that the info was proprietary information for Subaru, and that they can't divulge that information.
Anyone have any info or where to find this info?
