What method of outlining works well for fledgling writers with Adult ADHD?

I am not sure what methods of outlining and drafting to do. It's been a year since my last short story, and I'm curious as to all of the varying methods some of you use, as I just kinda write as I go/think. Then I go back to the beginning of the story and work out the perceived errors/kinks. So what're y'alls' preferred method?
