How to bridge scenes.
Post Body

I love reading and and constantly imagining cooks scenes that I am capable of writing out however as soon as I start trying to create a larger picture I have issues with continuity and linking scenes together.

Just wondering how others deal with this.

Note: brand new to thread and on lunch break so havent searched for similar posts yet. Apologies in advance if I blunder.

Edit: if any of you have read "the things they carried" that's how my writings are. Many good events but no real linkage between them despite having a central theme.
