I can't seem to get past the halfway or the first third of writing a book.

I have 10 books sitting in notebooks and my PC that I have been writing but I can't seem to get past the halfway point before I get stuck on what comes next. I don't know how to end the stories and if I try to figure it out it sounds like trash! It's so disheartening and everything I see is how to start a book. What about the ending? I can't seem to remember the endings of books in the genres that I read and write in either. I love writing and I love starting new books and long to finish these babies.
