Telling a story backward
Post Body

So I'm dabbling with this plot that is something I've had in mind for years.

There's a build-up to this event that happens and pretty much rips a small 400 people town apart. Its a one of those "it'll never happen here" stories. And I've been thinking about starting at that point then kind of rewinding/deconstructing the timeline that way.

Is that a cheap out? How could i make sure to keep readers interested?
