In search of the right biographer for my aunt's amazing life.

My aunt is in her 60's she's hiked & climbed mountains all over the world. She worked in national parks & was the first woman bartender in Yellowstone. Shes hitchhiked across the U.S. Many times over. She's kept journals of everything, but they are like logs. She's not a story teller but her story is amazing.

How do I find the right biographer for her? Someone who is interested in what she has done (& is still doing), and would give it the voice she deserves?

How do I go about this process? Write a job description? Post it somewhere?
