Do you struggle to come up with catchy and keyword rich titles for blogs?

I think a lot of bloggers struggle to come up with titles that are both intriguing and have the keyword in there.
Do you have this problem? Would you use a service/website that allows you to pick a topic type aka "Top 7" ..."How To"..."Secrets"...and then you plug in your keyword and it gives you topic ideas.
There are tons of these around but the most spit out nonsense because they're not programmed properly.
