Hi everyone. I've read the rules carefully and feel this is not against them. I am not advertising anything, nor am I making any money, nor am I selling anything - I'm simply letting you all know I've started a writing group and I'm inviting published authors, or authors who are actively working to be published (IE actually submitting things to magazines / agents / editors / small presses).
I work full time as a writing professor and I am a published author myself - I own a publishing company and a bookstore (I don't publish my own stuff through my company). I have experience leading workshops academically as well as in the private sector, but that's always in a professor > student type relationship and I don't workshop my own things, obviously.
Hence this group. I'm happy to "lead" it as much as it needs to be led, which won't be much as I'm looking to invite experiences writers primarily. We can meet on Zoom and occasionally in person - if you happy to be in MA, that's a plus!
Send me a message with a brief writing bio if you'd like to join.
