Prologue:

Imagine being in a world where someone is murdered, and everyone knows the killer, but no one goes to the cops or the family of the murdered individual due to the fear it brings them. My name is Timmy Laik but my friends call me Tim. I have an older brother named Teddy who is in his senior year of college and I have an older sister named Sarah who is a year older than I am. She's in her Sophmore year of high school. She has shoulder length, blonde hair, braces. She's on the women's basketball team. Me? I'm a 5'6", short brown hair nobody in his Freshman year of high school with one friend. My friends name is Jonny. He and I have been friends since we first met in kindergarten. He's 6'0, with long, curly blond hair and the star athlete of the swim team. My parents have always favored Teddy over Sarah and I, but once he left for college, my parents treated Sarah as if she didn't even exist for no reason, and because of this, she resented me for all the love that I got that she never did. But when my brother went missing, that's when the rumors started pouring in.
