Hello friends! I’ve finally decided to share the start of my memoir. I’ve been told that I should either consider contacting Dr.Phil about my childhood or get my thoughts, memories, and experiences down on paper in the form of a memoir and share with other because people would like to hear my story. I guess that’s what we are all hoping for, right...an audience?

It is my rough draft of the first couple chapters. I would appreciate open and honest feedback regarding style, structure, development, content...anything really. I just want to see if I’m on the right track and/or how I can make it more captivating and grab my reader.

It is currently at the 3,325 word count.
