Religion in fiction novels
Post Body

How do other writers feel about religion in books? Would you have it in your works? Do you shy away from it and why? Is there particular religions you think are more acceptable to jump into, morph, change up, add your own spin on than others and reader's find more acceptable?

should it be kept out of fiction writing, is it a put off? or even necessary, maybe you consider it boring, neither bad or good to have in your story, therefore pointless to add? or maybe you feel it can exclude people from reading your story?
