How do I punish an opponent sprawling or pulling back a leg against my ankle pick attempt? I am thinking of going for cross ankle pick if he pulls back a leg while that leg is midair. If he does a sprawl (while I do ankle pick attempt), I am thinking of snap down. Would these work feasibly?
Post Body

Assuming I can play off opponent's reaction flawlessly (cause thinking is what slows us down), I am thinking of going for cross ankle pick if he pulls back a leg while that leg is midair. If he does a sprawl (while I do ankle pick attempt), I am thinking of snap down. Would these work feasibly? Assume his both arms are way up, and I have a collar tie.

Also, when I do snap down, I am kind of doing it diagonally downward, right? So, if I am doing a snap down with my right hand, I am pulling him down towards my right leg (as I pull back my own right leg back for my own snap down space) instead of towards my balls, right?

The only gym available near me is a boxing gym. No wrestling gym nor a wrestling practice partner.
