I didn't understand much because they weren't instructional videos. He offers instructional videos, but they aren't free, and I am wondering if they are worth it or if I can get pretty much the same contents for free on someone else's lesson book or video. (Please let me know if there are such videos and lesson books for free.) I wish he had like 1 or 2 instructional videos for free. I am on a tight budget especially with starting to go to a Greco-Roman wrestling gym and all starting next month.

4 things I took out of his 3 videos is that good position & timing beat speed and that keep your elbow down to defend and that keep pulling down opponent's head to tire him out and that keep the arms in his way (not quite sure "how" although he briefly talked about the roles of lead hand and back hand).

Like, I liked these videos and they are free.
