Sometimes after live practices where I get my A kicked left and right pretty bad, I get emotional to the point of crying. I enjoy training as it doesn't happen daily, but it does happen time to time. I don't want my team or coach to think I'm weak/soft so I break down in private. I was wondering if anyone did the same because I feel like I'm the only one who does this.
Edit: Thank you guys for sharing all your experiences and support, really means a lot! I was a little hesitant that I would be looked down upon as it's something I haven't seen from other wrestlers, but you all proved otherwise and I can't thank you guys enough.
