Post Body

Hey all, my son 10yo, just began wrestling in December and loves it. He had his first beginner meet and did very well, won first and went undefeated 4-0 with 3 pins. However, we have a state tournament this weekend and he’s very nervous because he will be facing advanced wrestlers, not just beginners.

Question: Is there a specific skill, video, book, he can cram to give him a leg up this weekend. If I give him some material, it will let him focus and feel more confident.

Heck, even advice from the sub will help!

FYI, I have almost zero knowledge on Folkstyle… so any info for me as a parent will be helpful.

Thank you all!
