Kids stand / sit around too much in practice.
Post Body

I help out with my boys wrestling practice, and I noticed how much time they spend not wrestling. Coach often has them line up and watch 1 match, as each kids wrestles the other for a minute sometimes more. This took 35 minutes today. A whole team of kids sitting or waiting their turn to wrestle. Even worse the kids are being yelled at for talking or not paying attention, mostly due to boredom. Thinking about how to approach the coach. I don’t want to get kicked out of the room for being critical, but I need my boys to get the most out of practice. Any suggestions?
