Hi,
So I am rather new to wow I think (started in bfa and was not much of a gamer before), play shadowpriest, and I get shouted down a lot, people saying I have crappy dps.
The thing is - I do my best. I analyze my behavior, look at guides and so on.
I can provide warcraftlogs (though not many yet), and somehow it still apparently is SO bad that people get aggressive.

As far as I understood it's mainly in trash fights (which kinda makes sense to me because I am better with my CD handling at bosses than at the trash), but the reaction is so bad that I get the feeling I'm missing something fundamental.
"Funnily" enough I had similar problems when playing fire mage in bfa. There I also didn't quite get what I did wrong.
So in case there's someone out there that knows his stuff about shadowpriest and could provide some insight into what I am doing wrong - could you help me please?
It could well be that I just don't have the "gamer-reflexes" or something that comes along with that (like for example using the CD often enough), but if there's something major I'm missing here - maybe you can help.
