ilvl 947, only 900K DPS?

Hi everyone, I am a fury warrior and I have a 947ilvl only pulling 900Kish dps. I can open with 2M easy, just pop all CD's. I slowly fall down to 900K throughout the fight. My armory profile is linked for those who want to inspect gear and stats. Most of you will probably say more haste, which is what I am trying to get but I cannot get into raids to get better gear anymore. Plz help.

Rotation is:

Open phase: BC, Odyn's fury, Rampage, Raging blow, Bloodthirst

main phase: Bloodthirst, Raging Blow, Furious slash, repeat until 100 rage then rampage, rinse and repeat until BC comes up again.
