Question about switching to healer at level 110

Hi,
One of my friends who has never played WoW is interested in legion and I'm showing her the ropes even though i quit in cata.
Shes playing a shadow priest right now and we are level 106. She wants to be a healer at max level and has only unlocked the shadow artifact weapon.
My questions -
- How should she go about getting a set of healing gear?
- Should she switch to the holy artifact so she can start gaining artifact power for it?
- How mechanically demanding is holy priest? She has no WoW experience at all, but she learns fast so thats good. I just want to know what im in for =).
