Struggling to get invited to raid PUGs. Advice?

455 ilvl Resto Shaman, I’ve done LFR and I’m doing M at the moment (1.3k) and I’m trying to get into Normal raid groups but never seem to get invited? Mythic I’m almost always instantly accepted and was assuming Raids would be a similar situation. Not complaining about not being instantly accepted but I’m not getting accepted at all?

I’m almost positive it comes down to the fact that I only have LFR experience and 0/9 on any raid difficulty except LFR.

Should I just try to find a guild that would accept new players?
