How to make WotLK more difficult?

I want to play WotLK, but I do find it too easy. Do any of you have some way to handicap yourself that doesn't take away any fun aspect of the game like talents, gear or abilities?
Would be nice if there's some permanent debuff that increases damage taken.

Turn of JJ, stay away from the new starting zones, and push into harder zones sooner. That's all I got.
