Hey, everyone! I'm getting ready to resub and start prepping for Legion. In WoD, I finally decided to give healing a shot and fell in love with it. Ended up sticking with Resto Druid, and decided I'm going to keep maining it for Legion.
I'm wanting to get more serious about raiding this expansion. In the past, I've always wanted to get into a progression guild, but due to scheduling, it wasn't possible. I work a normal 9-5 job now, so I can finally make the time for it. I've never had a chance to try Mythic raiding, and am hoping to find a guild that is planning and capable of taking a group into it.
As far as experience goes, I've been playing WoW off and on since patch 1.4 or so. I've mostly done casual raiding the entire time. In WoD, I joined a new guild that was struggling to clear normal Highmaul and eventually BRF, and ended up taking over as raid leader. We never got too far, mostly due to people leaving and the guild taking a mostly casual approach, but it was still good experience. I frequently use Warcraft Logs to check my own progress (Harmony uptime, whether or not I'm hitting cooldowns well, etc), and I spend a ton of time researching fights before going into them on raid nights. So while I don't have any progression experience yet, I think I'd still be able to do a good job with that type of guild if given the chance.
I'm currently on a dead US server, so I'm more than willing to server transfer. I'm not tied to my current faction either, and would also be willing to faction change for the right guild (currently Horde).
