Established raiders looking for a shot at raid leadership are encouraged to reach out. 100k gold bonus for the first successful full clear for each officer involved. Coaching returning players on new raid mechanics would be expected. Raid Leaders have the final say on who raids and who doesn't (unless nepotism is apparent in the decision-making).
