Hey! I'm an altaholic! I was curious.. For WOTLK what would you guys consider an ideal setup for professions across multiple/many toons for farming/gold making?

Edit:: should probably add, I like having generally one of every class (though i have a second mage on a second account that was strictly bank alts in vanilla classic.)

So far all I can really consider is.. I want to have a setup to shuffle .. Im thinking paladin having mining something else, druid herbing something else, one mage having skinning to aoe beasts.
