Crafting window lag?

I saw the post here about lag and was wondering if other people were having it, but in particular when your character select screen or, why im posting it here, the crafting window opens? Im on TSM4 so Im not sure if that has something to do with it.
Edit: Wait no it cant be TSM4 because it happens even when TSM is disabled all together.
