Run BFD right when phase 2 drops and then hand in quests?

So all of my guild has 20 quests plus some items to turn in right when classic launches. Do you think it’s better to run BFD right away and then turn in our quests or turn in our quests and then do BFD.

My laziness has paid off lol. I still have yet to do the bfd quests after 12 full clears
