Can't install, stuck at initializing

Hi
I'm trying to install the game for an hour now, but it get stuck at "Initializing 2127019/2127019" and I'm running out of option. I've tried a clean install, running as administrator, checking for windows update...
Does anyone have a solution ? It's really frustrating
