Hi all, I'll be moving from the Philippines to Spain soon in about 1-2 years time. My account is locked to the US/OCE and since there's no option for character transfer between regions I don't want to buy an EU key and/or start a fresh toon as I have so many achievements and collections from raiding and quest grinds.

What's the best US server to transfer to when I've already settled in Spain? Looking for the one with the least ping as possible (I have exitlag VPN too), and the one with less dead time/hours (since there's a gap in between timezones)?
