"Fixes" or addons to help with 3rd person motion sickness

I am trying to get my friend into the game but they really struggle to play using a 3rd person camera. The first person view in WoW is genuinely useless and I'm wondering if anyone has any good solutions for making first person work better or 3rd person more tolerable for those who suffer with this type of motion sickness, either through settings tweaks or through addons.
