Weird lighting/weird lighting in Shadowlands. What do I do?

I recently updated my Dell G5se to Windows 11 as it was available to me and did not see many issues with the update on friends computers. But, while I was livestreaming WoW last week, I noticed that there was weird lighting in Orbis as well as throughout my playtime that day. I double checked any updates for my software and my Graphics card (AMD Radeon RX 5600M) but everything is up to date. I have had this happen but it was because of an old computer I was using way back in WoLK and Cata and even as a game designer myself I am finding myself very stumped on what to do.
