Can't do Enemies Within?

So I am currently stuck on Enemies Within I have done everything else and i need this for being able to fly around in BFA Taelia is currently sat in the room with the scouting map and i can't talk to her or do just about anything I have no quests and there are no quest markers around anywhere and I'm stressed out.
please help XD
I'm tempted to just remake my level 54 shaman in hopes it fixes itself with a new character.
