Can't choose between Arms or Ret for PVE

I'm a new player and leveled an Enhance as my 1st toon. Since its a busy class, was looking to play something slower and both Arms and Ret seems cool (I've played them both with class trial). I wanted to know from experienced players which spec to choose for PVE. I wanna be able to do raids and m . So which one would get me invited to groups?
