Excuse me as I don't know how else to vent this issue on any other forum without receiving a bland automated response.

So for any Blizzard moderators my Ticket ID is US74564814 before I explain my story. So Hello everyone my name is Ethan and I have been a World of Warcraft vet for the last 10 years. As a 10 year vet I had not incurred such an infraction up until April 15th of this year. I was accused of having a separate account partake in exploitative play and had my account suspended for a month. Knowing full well that I didn't commit such crimes (Being a pvp veteran the entirety of my WoW career) I decided to appeal the account action. Unfortunately to no avail the arbitration system of blizzard decided not to unsuspend my account so I had to serve the full sentence. When I was eventually allowed to log back into the account all of my characters had been disqualified from the ranked play bracket in arenas. As readers you may have your own reservations about me as a player, but the first suspension is not even where I draw the line. I am giving context as my account was banned for the exact same reasons about 2 days ago. I got the exact same email with the same vague description for the account action as I did the first time. Now is where the real argument comes to be. If I was already disqualified for ranked play, how could I incur a second infraction resulting in my account being banned for the same thing? It is another 1 month suspension (I thought repeated suspensions are to be worse with the more infractions you incur) I have ticketed this second suspension stating my case and have only received automated responses not helping me any at all. How can I get ahold of a representative that may actually help me? If I cannot understand what I am doing wrong, I cannot fix the problem. Moreso, I cannot even understand how my account was banned for the same reason being despite being disqualified from ranked play. If I can't even play in the ranked bracket, how can I abuse it? Thank you for reading this post. I know its long, and any helpful comments/tips would be great. I also know that there will be people that come at me hard and ruthless and while I don't welcome those comments I ask that you see the situation through my eyes. For any GMs that may be on this thread I can provide pictures of the emails between the CS team and I as to help find a reason for this second infraction.
