Backstory: The character on which i have this issue was on Alliance and the first achievement i did at the Argent Tournament was Champion of Stormwind (now Silvermoon) and after some time i stopped doing the dailies and decided to switch factions for reasons.

Now i have the issue where i'm not able to get any quests from Eressea Dawnsinger even though i'm exalted with Silvermoon, Sunreavers and the Argent crusade. I have the "Champion of Silvermoon City" achievement but its not being recognised in the "Exalted Champion of Silvermoon City" achievement. I did contact WoW Support and one gm did reset the dailies from the sunreavers in the horde tent.. which did not change anything at this point. Other than that i opened another ticket and they told me to either go on Wowhead or disable all my addons, which i did and all i see on wowhead was players from 2010 talking about which names fit the most with "of silvermoon". So it was not helpful at all.

Maybe one of you know how any solution to this? I'm getting really frustrated with this issue and i dont know what to do now.
