I've found a few of the bonus buffs while exploring Stormwind and Orgrimmar but I can't seem to find a list of them anywhere. Neither Icy Veins nor WoWHead's HV guides mention they even exist.
For the sake of it, here's what I've found.
Orgrimmar
Kill the mob in the blacksmith for a (Damage? I can't remember sorry) buff.
When entering the valley of spirits, go anti clockwise and you'll find a troll mob who gives you a speed buff when you kill them.
Stormwind
The door to the right of the place where the Ethereal hides has a bear spirit and several other mobs, killing them all gives a haste buff
