Gamebreaking bug for retribution

So, since prepatch hit, Retribution Paladin are able to spam Templar's verdict/Divine Storm without it consumming any Holy Power. This bug is made possible after they equip Darkmoon Deck: Promises
It allows them to literally have for single DPS and have hundreds of cast on their strongest single target ability/AoE.
