Finally have top 3 BiS Legendaries in my main spec, should I change my Loot Spec?

I am an Affliction Warlock and finally have Helm, Chest, and Belt leggos and now want to start working on demonology and it's leggos, however my concern is that any upgraded loot I may get from a boss may be the wrong stats. Is this risk worth changing my loot spec?
I know this is trivial, I just don't want to hinder any upgrades just to get a legendary for a spec I don't often play.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
