Will we ever be able to opt out of passive movement bonuses?
Post Body

Alright, I'm probably alone in this, but I hate passive movement bonuses that are both permanent, and forced on you. I can't play rogue because after level 58, all the running animations look off because they're sped up just so slightly. I was actually excited for my Hunter, since the movement speed bonus is just a talent. Priest is another good example, with the movement speed being allocated to abilities, or in the case of an spriest talent, applied in combat.

That's the thing, when you CAN opt into it, I dig it. Good for dungeons or whatever. But when it's forced on me? I can't help but despise it, it's something I didn't ask for that makes all the running animations look wonky as hell, especially for Draenei, my favorite race.

So of course when I finally level my hunter to level 100 from scratch, the artifact for my favorite spec has a passive 25% speed boost that makes my draenei look like she's a one woman metal concert by the way she's banging her head. The bow looks awesome, but the default running animation for Draenei was NOT meant to run at that speed.

Anyone else miffed by this in general?

Edit: Here's a fix in particular for Thas'Dorah. Just let us right-click away the buff, and when we re-equip it it re-applies. Nice and simple and uses the same logic the rest of the game uses.
