Friends don’t mount their Druid friends, apparently...
Post Body

So I started the game about a week and a half ago. Met someone in the Discord channel willing to show me the ropes – he is a Druid, so he can conveniently morph into a stag. This is particularly handy for my slow-ass self who only had the first level of riding at the time. So I just hop on his back without any prompting now and he carries me from A to B. Not gonna lie, it’s a pretty sweet life just being able to kick back and relax.

Anyway, we’re out in the woods and someone on a flying mount swoops down low and is beside us. We don’t think anything of it and keep going. Then he’s practically on top of us, flying on my head and then he starts talking:

“You’re MOUNTING him!”

“Indecent!”

“Immoral!”

etc etc etc

All in good fun, of course, and both my buddy and I are cracking up and egging him on. He follows us for quite some time, acting offended at this player-on-player action that he’s probably just jealous he’s missing out on.

Anyway, it’s very early days in game for me and so far most of the people I have met/seen are super hardcore serious raiders… it was really encouraging to see someone just dicking around having fun and being silly like I am. The game is seriously addicting but I am taking my time to smell the roses. And platonically mount my friend.
