Anyone else experiencing high home/world ms the past week or so?

So my home/world ms is usually fine 50/100 or so something like that. It would go to red every once and a while, but it would fix itself after restarting the router. Now if I restart the router it helps for about 10 minutes until it goes to 200ms for each and up until 800 ms each. Can barely play the game.

I've ran a malware program, ran cc cleaner, restarted my computer, restarted the router, and nothing helps now. This is running on one of the new MacBooks. It's worked fine since last years Super Bowl.
