2nd Shifters...Recommendations for active late night server(US-H)?

Hey all,
As the title states I am looking for a realm(US H) with a decent sized population (medium ) that is active from 1am-5am (est) or 10pm-2am (pst).
I work late 2nd shift(3 -midnight) and after browsing /r/wowguilds it seems like most guilds start raiding well before 8-9pm pst. Also it seems like most PST servers are alliance heavy.
Suggestions welcome and much appreciated. :)
