Hi all,
Just wanted to remind everyone that if you are unable to access your account for any reason you can still get in touch with us through our Support Page. I think it's a common misconception that you can only chat with us if you are able to log in; for example, if you need to request assistance to have your authenticator temporarily removed (due to lost/broken phone) you can request a callback or live chat with us through the options here.
