Hi all,

Edit/Update (4/19): The site issues which were previously reported should now be resolved. If anyone continues to experience any difficulties when attempting to reach out to us through the support site, please let me know.

Over the last few days we've come across a number of reports regarding players experiencing errors with our Support Site. If you are attempting to reach out to us and are finding that the contact pages are not loading/displaying correctly, or are not letting you submit requests to contact us after you attempt to troubleshoot, please let us know here.

Additionally, if you are attempting to add an attachment please be aware that acceptable file formats are BMP, GIF, JPG, LOG, PCX, PNG, SPX, TGA and TXT. You can attach up to 4 files, each no larger than 5MB.
