Why is Glyph of Travel exclusive with Glyph of the Cheetah?

For those that don't know, Glyph of Travel basically turns your travel (stag) form into a ground mount, but you're not able to use Glyph of the Cheetah (which turns your travel/ground form into a cheetah). I love being able to use travel form as a ground mount, but I hate the stag form and wish I could just use the cheetah instead. Would be a very simple QoL update..
