Our Support Team is currently tracking a connection/latency issue that is affecting players in North America, as has been reported in this thread.

For additional reference, it's always a good idea to start with the general connection and latency troubleshooting steps whenever an issue like this comes up.

UPDATE: This appears to be resolved. Our Service Provider has now resolved the congestion issue with XO as well. If the issue persists, please review the information we've posted here.
