So I am a TG Warrior and I have a PROBLEM

Ok, so I have been running thunder and Siege all week. I have a 512 ilvl on this alt and everyone is 496 or above EXCEPT both of my two handers. Try as I may, I cannot seem to get one that is above 429. 429. That is 99ilvls under SoO content but nothing drops for me. The one thing that i did get, was a 528 Siegcraft Forge Hammer, but that is single handed and when I equip it it says my DPS goes WAY down. So my question is, regarding something like this, is it still better to keep two awful two handers instead of one one hander and a two hander because of TG? Thank you.
