I want to make this quick, but basically I transferred to Tichondrius a couple years back, and now coming back to the game the server is about 90 percent Horde and the Alliance side is dead.

I am looking for a well populated PVP server with great raiding progression on the Alliance side.

I have used WoWprogress, and browsed other topics but cant seem to find opinions on this specific request.

kelthuzad,, sargeras look like worthy options. We were also looking at Darkspear (although it seems their raiding progression isnt quite up to par)

Also, im on the west coast so a server closer to that time zone is a bonus.
