question on finding some new guildies

I have a guild, and the only members are me and a friend of mine, plus all of our alts. We've had the guild since WOTLK, and I'm wondering if I can find a few people to join the guild through here. We just want to get all the dungeon and raid achievements. We need at least 3 members in a dungeon group and 8 in a raid. Is this a good sub to see about new guildie, if not can someone suggest somewhere else? We've tried doing it through the guild finder in game, and we've had nothing.
