Crashing when using dismiss pet

Suddenly started getting this error when I dismiss my pet, which crashes WoW.

Here's the event viewer thing too. The initial error was to do with the windows game bar, which was disabled, then I followed a tutorial from reddit about how to change system access to just fully delete the thing, NOW I'm getting an error that it can't start because it's deleted.

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter. The error:

"2147942402"
