A question about the trading post

Maybe you guys can give me your experience on this, I finally finished the trading post for this month and got to 1000 coins to be able to get the parrot mount, but I want the others and the bee pet, but I don’t have enough so I was under the impression that when we reach the full 1000 we could still complete trading post objectives and be able to get more coins but when I went to go look at the next objective after I reached the full 1000 the coin amount rewards was gone. Does anyone know?
